Spiritual Path:Meeting your Twin Flame.

I read this in a blog post by a Russian spiritual teacher Oleg Borovik:

"The process of division of Light over and over, century after century makes understanding of the entirety of the Source seemingly impossible. It creates an internal conflict and forces the Source look for its lost unity. The search creates chain of wishes, where each next link of the chain produces a pale gleam of a hope of unity. As a result, a person finds himself in a circle of suffering."

After reading this, I thought that I know it - the circle of suffering - so well! Physical, emotional suffering, mine or other people's suffering. I tried to exit it through Buddhist and other esoteric paths. I have been working with myself clearing my ego, learning lessons which other people and life itself were helping me to learn. I didn't know exactly where I was going, but, as it turned out I was moving toward Love. One day, in year 2007, I met a man, my, what in esoterics is called, "Twin Flame". I simply cannot explain it in words, but when we are together (meaning  I saw him in my dreams), there is more than Love, perfect harmony, balance, joy. I do not need to go outward any longer. Moreover, when we make love we create the very Love the Source is made of. I think, this path of asking the Source of finding your Twin Flame, whom the Source created only for you, is the shortest and most truthful spiritual path - we made out of Love, we come back into Love, without detours. But this path doesn't call off spiritual work with thyself that I mentioned above. My Twin Flame and I where walking toward each other our whole lives. We lived on different continents, in different countries, cities, but the Source and our wish, longing where bringing us together, into unity. Through our spiritual paths we were walking toward our true selves, and as a result, to each other. We remembered the names that the Source, who made us gave us.

Difference Between Compassion and Pity.

It seems that compassion and pity are similar things. It's not exactly true. When we pity someone we humiliate this person, thinking he is so poor, unhappy or desperate, and we are all well, healthy, wealthy, etc. We try to teach the person, telling him what to do, trying to "help". In this moment we forget that on a soul level we all are equal. We forget that each person chooses his way and only he knows his way the best. In the Russian language the word "pity" means co-suffering. When we pity someone, we forget that God didn't create bad things, we submerge into another person's illusion of suffering. We share his suffering, multiplying it. It's impossible to take on somebody else's suffering, it's only possible to create new suffering inside of thyself:
(-1)+(-1)=(-2)

And what is compassion? It's the memory of Truth and Love. When we are compassionate we don't lower ourself or others.  We remember the Truth - that only Love and Light are real. Interestingly enough, we learn suffering through our own suffering, and we learn compassion through suffering. Our own suffering or the suffering of another person is always unpleasant, because from a Spiritual point of view, it's an illusion. It's necessary to walk a spiritual path to learn, or rather remember compassion. The Russian word for compassion literally means "gentle heart". A compassionate person looks at life through the heart. And the heart always remembers the Truth and Love. "It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye." Through compassion one can reach Spiritual indifference. In Russian, the word indifference means "equal soul". Unfortunately, a small ego doesn't like it and tries to bring a person down, back into our Earth theater of suffering.
These were all theories, but what to do if a person who suffers is close to you? First and foremost you should remember that it is not your job to pull this person out of his suffering. Do not tell him what to do, do not lower yourself into his suffering. Simply ask, do you need help? Stay centered in your heart, your high energy in this situation is the best help.

Sometimes, when we look at the world, we forget ourselves. If we look through our ego it's granted - we forget ourselves and another person. We start judging, hate, have pity, fear, etc. The way out is inward.

I know

I lay curled up under a blanket through which the light makes its way
I know what the lotus feels when it rises trhough muddy water into the light
Warms and calms, inevitability and timelessness of eternity
